This research aimed to build, experiment and validate a composition of Online Instrumental Orchestration about flipped classrooms for preservice teacher education. The theoretical framework comprises three blocks. The first brings to light the concept of active methodologies, focusing on the flipped classroom. The second addresses the issue of teacher education, more specifically, the complementary training of teachers. And in the last one, the notion of Instrumental Orchestration of Online Teachers' education is constructed, from six key-constructs, the concepts of situation and scheme, the idea of instrumental genesis, the Instrumental Orchestration, including the notion of didactic performance, the Instrumental Metaorchestration and online Instrumental Orchestration (OI online). The methodology was based on constructing a composition with three IO online to promote a theoretical-practical-reflective discussion about SAI. The Instrumental Orchestrations describes the didactic configuration and exploration mode, following the design proposed in the Instrumental Metaorchestration. The didactic performance of online training undertaken as complementary training for undergraduate students. Two students comprised the research participants. The video recording of each video conferencing served as data. Students protocols during the training and logbooks made from the trainer's observations also served as data. The collected data followed a microgenetic analysis of Meira, describing its stages. The results show us that the instrumental orchestrations developed were able to provide knowledge about the SAI and its planning, but, despite this, they showed that there is still a significant comparison between the traditional method and other teaching methods. It points out the need for more teachers' education courses about active methodologies to expand the knowledge of teachers or future teachers and ensure that students are always at the centre of this process.
