SUMMARY:

Project management has undergone significant changes over the last few years, requiring the project manager to change his view on the project, starting to manage beyond time, cost and quality, the manager must be concerned with managing the interested parts. This theme, when related to construction projects, becomes even more necessary, since in civil engineering projects there is no interest in the interested parties, and with the advent of the BIM platform, what is a way to use this methodology, it is made this theme needs to be developed. Stakeholders of a project are all actors who are directly or indirectly involved in the project and all those who will be affected by the execution of the project. As the use of the BIM platform is increasing, the way of designing, executing and managing has undergone changes. In the BIM platform, in addition to its various dimensions that currently exist and that may still emerge, the platform allows for the integration, access and sending of information to interested parties, so that everyone is informed with what corresponds to their level. of necessary information. For the present study, a single case study was carried out to monitor and understand how the BIM implementation process occurs in a construction company in the state of Alagoas, seeking to analyze the implementation procedures, how the interested parties were processed, if they were consulted. , how the process as a whole took place and assess the organization's level of satisfaction with the platform. It was found that the BIM implementation process in the organization did not follow the procedures recommended in the literature and there was no team training. Thus, problems arise in the implementation that goes against what BIM proposes. As a result, a proposal for the implementation of the BIM platform was elaborated, accompanied by stakeholder management procedures, through a flowchart, suggesting how the process can be carried out in order to succeed in the implementation of BIM and still succeed in the insertion of project stakeholders.
