Nanocomposites based on Agnps@Zif-8, Znonps@Zif-8: From Synthesis to Production of a Spray for Use as Antiviral and Antimicrobial Agents.
Nanomaterials, Nanoparticles, ZNnONPS, AgNPs, ZIF-8.
Resumo em Inglês: The present study aims to develop a spray composed of nanoparticles that present broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, active against different microorganisms, however, for this to be possible, a set of nanoparticles was synthesized ZIF-8; AgNPs; ZIF-8 decorated with silver; ZnONPs calcined at 500, 600 and 700ºC and ZnONPs calcined at 500, 600 and 700ºC decorated with silver, it is worth noting that the decorations were carried out using the Turkevik method, the same method used to synthesize silver nanoparticles. Each type of nanoparticles was characterized according to its specificity, among the characterization methods, XRD techniques were used, which made it possible to determine the crystalline phases of the materials and their purity, SEM for the determination of topological structures as well as the visualization of nanomaterials , UV-Vis, FTIR and EDS, with the exception of decorated ZIF-8 nanoparticles, which are awaiting characterization. It should be noted that new characterizations will be carried out and that among them the TEM will be used, in addition to this all nanoparticles will undergo the characterization of antimicrobial evaluation.
