SUMMARY:

This qualification report materializes a master's research whose theme is institutional memory through the organization of photographs. The general objective is to organize the photographs of Colégio Agrícola Dom Agostinho Ikas of the Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco, promoting a study of institutional memory. The methodological course is constituted by means of a bibliographical and documentary research, where photographs will be identified characterizing them through three classes (social, political and structure) and that, later, will be described through NOBRADE adding two fields of narrative description . Subsequently, an interview will be held with the school's directors to familiarize the photographs. The expected results can be glimpsed through narratives that, in turn, will allow the reconstitution of the institutional memory of Colégio IKAS da UFRPE
