SUMMARY:

Anthropogenic interference on Nature, intensified by the Industrial Model, has been considered the main factor of environmental imbalances: although the technical and scientific development of recent centuries has provided better conditions for human life, the growing and heterogeneous pattern of Consumption has triggered, in reach and scale, pollution, scarcity and depletion of Natural Resources, compromising all forms of life. However, the productive models and standards are described and transmitted through social codes, information, learning and pedagogies that project Cultures, according to the interests of those who dominate and/or impose them. The concepts of Development, Progress and the objective data that justify them, are now questioned according to relative, ethical, philosophical, humanist values, oriented towards an integrative, holistic, generalist, sustainable, complex model. The massified artificial ambience has alienated the human experience in several aspects, to the point of compromising the perception of the natural, physical or material reality that sustains it. Therefore, the activity of designing or formatting needs into diverse creations placed the responsibility of transforming the world before Design, recognized as part of the problem - by awakening the desire for necessary, useful and intelligent objects - and also as a solution, providing scalable methodologies sustainability oriented. This work makes an analysis of the conceptual and design distortions of the model in question, with the objective of presenting consistent solutions in the long term, through the re-education and awareness of the new generations, following the guidance and wisdom provided by Nature. It presents Design as a means of encoding and decoding between the natural and the artificial, using Bionics/Biomimicry, as tools for perception and analogy of biological strategies, in the professional and educational experiences of designers Bruno Munari and Carmelo Di Bartolo. This approach raises the hypothesis that Nature enhances perception and Creativity through patterns and Basic Design described in natural forms. As methods, it uses literature review, interviews, data analysis and educational and project methodologies that justify the research and the relevance of the theme.
