SUMMARY:

This work explores habitability and ways of life in the context of the Anthropocene and its implications for the environmental crisis, as well as how design touches on this theme. This research adopts a descriptive case report method to narrate stories of different experiences and ways of life such as living with bees, learning about agroforestry systems, living in a permacultural camping and participating in an academic event. Through this path, reflections emerge that shed light on the complexity of the historical moment and imaginations of approaches for cultivating response-abilties (Haraway, 2022).
