SUMMARY:

The interest in conducting this research stems from the need to understand and contribute to the practices of ongoing training for multiplier teachers in the cinema field in the Municipal Education Network of Recife. It is assumed that this can be facilitated through the provision of content via a simple, fast, and intuitive online access tool. Therefore, the ongoing training policy for teachers in the municipality of Recife-PE was taken as the object of study, aiming to understand the practices of ongoing training for multiplier teachers in the cinema field in the Municipal Education Network of Recife. In this sense, specific objectives were established: to identify the forms and contents covered in ongoing training in the cinema field for multiplier teachers; to analyze the adequacy of the materials/contents addressed in ongoing training in the cinema field for multiplier teachers and to develop as a pedagogical suggestion the use of a digital platform focused on cinema enjoyment and production in schools as a complementary alternative to ongoing training for multiplier teachers. Qualitative in nature, the research was developed based on the following methodological procedures: bibliographical research, documentary research (Gil, 2008; Lüdke; André, 2018); diagnostic research through the application of an online questionnaire, via Google Forms (Mota, 2019); and semi-directive group interviews (Amado, 2014; Minayo, 1994). Theoretical analyses were conducted based on the works of Araújo (2019), Nóvoa and Alvim (2022), Teixeira and Silva and Lima (2010) on Continuing Education for Teachers. Regarding Cinema and Education, the concepts of Educommunication by Mogadouro (2011), Soares (2011), and Pitanga (2020) were used, as well as audiovisual Enjoyment by Carvalho (2012) and Mayor and Miranda (2015), and Audiovisual Production by Francischelli (2021), Corrochano and Pistilli (2015), and Mendes (2022). The cinema was also presented in the Guidelines and Bases Law, with Law 13,006/2014 (Brazil, 2014), the indications and guidelines for working with Cinema in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education addressed in the National Common Curricular Base (Brazil, 2018), and for working with Cinema in Youth and Adult Education presented in the teaching policy of the municipal network of Recife (Recife, 2021a). The result, which comprises aspects related to the ongoing training of multiplier teachers in the Municipal Network of Recife, consisting of content focused on cinema enjoyment and production in schools, was the development of the accessible platform Cine no 7, available at the address https://sites.google.com/prof.educ.rec.br/cine-no-7
