SUMMARY:

The small company understands the capacity for innovation with a focus on management and
promotion of the search in micro and companies. The Pernambuco research was carried out in
the municipality of Arcoverde, in order to understand how innovations in urban centers. The
study was guided by the theory of innovation capabilities, which presents innovation based on
the allocation of physical or non-physical resources. The theory that companies are endowed
with four innovation capabilities (technological, operational, management and promotion), in
which they are orchestrated and lead as companies to innovative performance. According to
theory, such a model fits emerging economies, as it enables gains in competitiveness. Due to
some proposed developments as micro and small companies, a current technological research
adapted to Zawislak. The study is qualitative, it was not qualitative and reliable 5 analysis of
micro companies in the municipality. As a data collection instrument, semi-structured
interviews were used with managers and reports of images of the data collected through the
technique. The results of their business that the managers in the PM used were not executed as
their management and operating and operating capabilities that operationally utilized materials.
However, prioritizing an activity, or prioritizing a capability, depends on your business acumen
and your own innovation pretensions. That is, immediately, from a business strategy, there is a
personal view on the identification of opportunities of opportunities, instead of a mobilization
of management and promotion capacities with their exploitation. These manager choices are
constantly pursued with our environment and our business. The routine actions of process
optimization and efficient use are confused with the innovation activities themselves. In this
scenario, what makes the difference is the managers, the experience to expand the business and
the successor company the employees around the goals that he defines as responsible for the
company.
